10 Points for Attention in Installation of Full-color LED Di

Full-color LED display is simpler than neon, easier to install and use, more effect changes, can update content at any time, is a good visual media for outdoor and outdoor. Technological advances, lower prices, easier assembly and maintenance.
 
 
 
Full-color LED display screen is a good tool for low power consumption and large real-time dynamic display of information. It can display computer-generated dynamic picture and text. Full-color LED display screen can be divided into three kinds from the installation environment: indoor full-color LED display screen, outdoor full-color LED display screen and half-outdoor full-color LED display. Screen, each installation environment light is different, so do not install wrong, otherwise the view is either too bright or too dark.
 
 
 
Notes are summarized as follows:
 
(1) Size determination of frame material for full-color LED display screen: Size of frame material is determined by finished product specifications, but it is also subject to unit plate specifications. When cutting, attention should be paid to the width of aluminium alloy frame. Because there are two sides left and right, the width of aluminium alloy frame should be subtracted twice from the finished product specifications when cutting the upper and lower cross materials. This should be taken into account.
 
(2) The corners of full-color LED display are connected by plastic connectors, and then fixed firmly with self-tapping screw. One corner has four screws, one on each side and one on each side. After the border is connected, the unit board can be placed.
 
(3) Unit boards should be placed according to their specifications. 4.8 * 0.48 specifications need to be placed in horizontal 15, vertical 3. Note that the unit board should be placed in the same direction as the arrow on the unit board.
 
(4) Twist the special screw to the unit board, absorb all the magnetic column, and the screw near the left and right sides of the frame should be screwed on the row near the unit board, so as to fix the back of the side.
 
(5) Full-color LED display panel is equipped with back bar. The back bar should be pre-punched at both ends, one end with two holes and one top with four holes, fixed with self-tapping screw and frame material, and the magnetic column on the unit board should be adsorbed on the back bar after ***.
 
(6) Connect the unit board with the data line. One end of the data line is inserted into the socket on the left side of the unit board relative to the right side, and the other end is connected to the socket on the left side of the adjacent unit board across the back bar. Connect them one by one.
 
(7) Connection of power lines between cell boards, ACC terminal on red-wire board and GND terminal on black-wire board. Connect one by one. Be careful not to mix up.
 
(8) The power box and wiring are installed on the full-color LED display screen. A 40A power box on the Internet found information is that *** can connect 12 more units, do not rest assured that consulting the boss said that *** more than 8 units. Considering that if you bring more, you will get fever, so you can pick it up by eight. Observe 9 terminals on the power box received. From left to right, they are: 1, 2 terminals are 220V interface of municipal power, 3 ground lines, 4, 5, 6 are 5V positive, 7, 8, 9 are 5V negative. Know that you can connect well.
 
(9) The wiring number of the control card of full-color LED display screen should correspond to the number of rows placed on the unit board one by one, but attention should be paid to the OE terminal of the control card on the upper side of the data line (layout), and the OE terminal of the unit board should correspond to the OE terminal as well. RS232 line is connected with control card. In addition, the power supply on the control card should be connected to 5V on the power box. It should correspond to the positive and negative poles. It should not be misconnected to 220V on the 1st and 2nd terminals, otherwise the control card will be burned.
 
(10) The full-color LED display is connected with the power cable. The power cable should be connected to the 1 or 2 ends of the power box. Don't mix them up. All the power boxes used should be connected in series. At the other end, a double-hole plug is pulled out for power supply.
